Since you are exporting your balikbayan box from one country to another, you are required by law to provide certain documentation on your shipment. Your agent will provide you with a link and QR code to a site that will allow you to print the required documents. If you are a new customer, you will need to set up an account first. Returning customers, sign in with your user name and password.

 

If you do not have a computer or printer, our agents or the main office will print the documentation for you. (their will be an additional charge of up to $10.00 for the agents time to prepare, print, and tape the lables to your box.

Please see the important forms below. By shipping with us, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to our shipping terms. These terms are part of the invoice that you will sign and print for your records.

Limitation of Liability:

All of Frog Balikbayan Box Jumbo box and competitors box shipments are insured against loss, fire, theft, jettison, FGA (Fire and General Accident) for up to $200. Frog Balikbayan Box or our agents are not liable for damages due to improperly packed shipment. There is also no insurance coverage against breakage. Please use diligent efforts in packaging. Use crates and cushion materials for breakable items.

Fill-out and print out the required forms  (*Note: If you have done this in STEP 1, you don't have to fill-out again.)

The online entry will generate:

1) Frog Shipping Forms (Delivery Notice Customer print Label 2 per page). Set orientation to landscape for labels, portrit for invoice. 
2) Save, print, and share the invoice with your Consignee ( Recipient ) for package tracking. * Note a created lable and invoice are not valid for claim without a signature of an authorized Frog Balikbayan Box TN Agent. (It is your responsibility to make sure your agent signs and dates your invoice and prints the amount they recieved as payment for your padala.) Don't get Scamed ! All authorized agents of Frog Balikbayan Box TN are listed here in Agent Locations. If they are not listed on our website, they are not an authorized Frog Balikbayan Box Tennessee agent and are not authorized to accept your padala or money on out behalf. 
3) Please put the copy of Packing List inside of your padala in case of inspection.

Now that the package documentation is ready, it’s time to prepare your package for drop-off or Home pickup: seal your box well according to the shipping instructions and Tape 1 label to each side of the box, but do not cover the To, and From. information printed on the box.
