Our Jumbo Box is 24x17x24, 5.67 Cubic Ft. Double-walled, and rated for 120 Lbs. Unlike other carriers, we accept oversized and pregnant boxes at an additional charge. We offer a coupon good for $5.00 off your first shipment when you purchase a box from one of our agents, and we offer FREE replacement boxes for each box you ship with us.

We use cargo vans that ensure our boxes are delivered to the carrier for shipment quickly. There is no need to wait for a large truck from out of state to come and pick up a load. We are your friends and neighbors and live, work, and support Tennessee Communities. We know how important it is that your boxes reach your loved ones as quickly as possible.
We ship boxes to our family back home in the Philippines too and know how excited they are to receive their boxes once shipped. As a result, we often have weekly pickups of boxes, but never longer than 13 days from our agents.

We are a new Balikbayan box company in Kingsport TN and have added new agent locations to serve our customers better, As we continue expanding in 2025 we hope to offer more state locations throughout Tennessee and expand into Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia, and Alabama to pick up and drop off your boxes to be held securely for delivery to your loved ones back home in the Philippines. We only work with a Nationally recognized provider to safely deliver anywhere in the Philippines Guaranteed! They are fully licenced and accredited with DTI Registration, Bureau of Customs Accreditation, (NVOCC).

What You’ll Do

Provide a local place for customers to purchase our boxes and coordinate a local drop-off point and/or box pickups from customers

The more services you provide the more you potentially make.

Assist with labeling and documentation

Ensure boxes are securely sealed and ready for shipment

Collect Fees from the customer and sign and date their copy of the invoice including the amount paid as the authorized agent.

Coordinate Pickup for transport to the shipping port

Provide friendly, respectful service that reflects our brand even after the sale. Satisfied customers are repete customers!

🚚 Important Notice on Remote Island Deliveries
Frog Balikbayan Box TN proudly offers guaranteed shipping to anywhere in the Philippines, with door-to-door delivery as our standard. However, due to the complex geography of the Philippines—home to over 7,000 islands—rare exceptions may apply in certain remote or interisland locations.
We recently became aware of a delivery limitation affecting Siargao, where the local courier required a small provincial warehouse fee to complete final delivery. This was the first such case in over 10 years, and we were not previously informed that this could occur. While these situations are extremely rare, we want to be transparent:
In select remote areas, final delivery may require a small local fee payable by the recipient.
We now proactively flag known exceptions like Siargao before shipping, and we remain committed to minimizing any inconvenience. If you are shipping to a remote location and have concerns, please contact us before booking—we’ll do our best to verify delivery terms in advance.
We deeply regret any frustration this may have caused and thank you for your understanding as we continue to improve our service.
