Independent Status
I acknowledge that this is a commission-based opportunity and not an offer of employment. I am not an employee, partner, franchisee, or legal representative of Frog Balikbayan Box TN.
Scope of Activity
I may offer a drop-off-only location, perform pickups, and/or coordinate box pickups. I may assist with labeling and ensure shipments are properly packaged and pick-up ready. I am authorized to use the Frog Balikbayan Box logo as-is for advertising and promotional materials. I may not alter the logo in any way, nor continue to use it if my status as an authorized agent changes. I operate independently, set my own schedule, and manage my own route.
Compensation I will receive commission-based compensation per completed pickup. No wages, benefits, or guarantees of income are provided.
Fees Charged
I agree that the published price for a Jumbo box is $20.00, and the price for a dropped-off box at an agent location is $110.00. I may not charge a different amount without express written consent from Frog Balikbayan Box TN.
For home pickups, I may set my own surcharge above the $110.00 base rate, based on travel time and fuel costs.
If requested to print and affix labels for a customer, I may charge no more than $10.00 additional for tape, time, paper and printing cost.
Compliance
I warrant that I will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to business licensing, tax reporting, and transportation regulations.
Conduct
I agree to represent the Frog Balikbayan Box TN brand with honesty, punctuality, and professionalism. I will abide by the terms and conditions of the Independent Authorized Agent agreement and any applicable non-compete provisions.
