• Did you list the contents of your balikbayan box on the packing list?
• Did you tape and seal your box?
• Did you completely fill out the form with a signature $200.00 per box in the declared value field, and list the brief discription of the contents?
• Did you place the shipping labels on the box?
• Did you ascertain that your box is packed properly and ready for shipment?
• Did you print a copy of the invoice (receipt) so your agent can fill out their portion, sign and give back to you for your records,
If you answered yes to all the questions, then you are ready to share joy and happiness with your loved ones in the Philippines.
You may drop off your package at your chosen agent or arrange for home pick-up (Your agent will have our driver call you and make arrangments for home pickups.)
🚚 Important Notice on Remote Island Deliveries
Frog Balikbayan Box TN proudly offers guaranteed shipping to anywhere in the Philippines, with door-to-door delivery as our standard. However, due to the complex geography of the Philippines—home to over 7,000 islands—rare exceptions may apply in certain remote or interisland locations.
We recently became aware of a delivery limitation affecting Siargao, where the local courier required a small provincial warehouse fee to complete final delivery. This was the first such case in over 10 years, and we were not previously informed that this could occur. While these situations are extremely rare, we want to be transparent:
In select remote areas, final delivery may require a small local fee payable by the recipient.
We now proactively flag known exceptions like Siargao before shipping, and we remain committed to minimizing any inconvenience. If you are shipping to a remote location and have concerns, please contact us before booking—we’ll do our best to verify delivery terms in advance.
