🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Account Setup
• New customers: Click “Register” and create a new user account.
• Returning customers: Sign in using your username and password.
• First-time users: Wait for the verification email, then sign in.
2. Create a New Delivery

Click “New Delivery” (top right corner).

Enter From (Your Information) and To (Person receiving the box in Phillippines) information.

Specify:Number of boxes (If you’re shipping multiple boxes (e.g., 4), the system will generate sequential labels for each box).

Box size (Frog Balikbayan Box TN sells one box size (i.e., Jumbo), but accepts competitor boxes Your agent can assist.)

Enter a brief description of contents and declare a value of $200.00 per box.

Use your mouse or stylus to sign electronically.

Check the box: “I hereby certify…”Click Save.
3. Print Labels.

Print 2 labels per box.

For best results, switch to landscape orientation to print both labels on one sheet.

Cut to size and tape one label on each side of the box that does not already have printed “To” and “From” information.
4. Print Invoice

Click On Delivery History and print your invoice.

At drop-off or pickup:

Have your agent sign, date, and record the amount and form of payment. Keep the signed invoice — this is your official receipt.

🚚 Important Notice on Remote Island Deliveries
Frog Balikbayan Box TN proudly offers guaranteed shipping to anywhere in the Philippines, with door-to-door delivery as our standard. However, due to the complex geography of the Philippines—home to over 7,000 islands—rare exceptions may apply in certain remote or interisland locations.
We recently became aware of a delivery limitation affecting Siargao, where the local courier required a small provincial warehouse fee to complete final delivery. This was the first such case in over 10 years, and we were not previously informed that this could occur.. While these situations are extremely rare, we want to be transparent:
In select remote areas, final delivery may require a small local fee payable by the recipient.
We will now proactively flag known exceptions like Siargao before shipping, and we remain committed to minimizing any inconvenience. If you are shipping to a remote location and have concerns, please contact us before booking—we’ll do our best to verify delivery terms in advance.
