Welcome to the customs documents and Tracking barcode labels part of our website. If you came upon this site by accident and did not arrive here through a QR code or link provided by one of our agents. THIS SITE IS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY HAVE ONE OR MORE BALAKBAYAN BOXES AND HAVE SETUP AN APPOINTMENT FOR DROP OFF OR HOME PICK UP AND WHOSE BOXES ARE READY FOR PICKUP, OR DROP OFF ONLY.

 

ONCE YOUR READY TO SHIP YOUR BOX(ES)  FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS: AND CLICK THE BUTTON BELOW

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

OK, so you have you have your boxes packed and ready to prepare your documents and print your shipping lables and Tracking barcodes but before you do, you will need to set up an account just one time, and then you will use that same account for future shipments and to track your package.
 

  1. New customers register as a new user. (Returning customers, sign in with your user name and password.)

  2. First time users, wait for the email to verify your account.

  3. After verifying you account - sign in with your user name and password.

  4. When signed in, at the top right corner, click on New Delivery.

  5. From there, type in the From & To information.

  6. Input the number of boxes you have, and the box size. (Balikbayan box Services LLC. only sells Jumbo boxes, but we do accept competitors boxes. Your agent can help you.

  7. Enter brief discription of contents and declared value for each box

  8. SIGN using your mouse or use a computer pen if you have one.

  9. Check the - I hereby certify box

  10. Click Save.

  11. Print 2 copies of the customer label (4) labels for each box and close. Tape 1 label to each side of the box, but do not cover the To, and From. information printed on the box.

  12. Lastly, click on Delivery History and print the invoice. When you drop your box, or the agent arrives for home pick up, have you agent sign, date, and fill out the amount and form of payment and give back to you. DO NOT GIVE THE SIGNED INVOICE TO THE AGENT. THIS IS YOUR RECEIPT.
